Almost completely moved to the new house. Now, mind you, I haven't unpacked some of my...err...boxes of junk yet. Enough is out to live though.

Here's a little "no duh" tip for you. Do everything possible to avoid injuring your back a week before moving. I tweaked mine a bit playing paintball the weekend prior. Not fun trying to move heavy things...lift with your legs.

Now I'm just stuck hoping it gets better. If I miss practicing this weekend, I'm gauranteed to go nuts.
